The low price of stocks, renewed demand by local investors and the  return of foreign investors are some of the factors propelling the bull run the market has witnessed  since the beginning of 2010, Director-General of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), Prof. Ndi Okereke-Onyiuke, said yesterday.
